"For most of my life, I didn't even know what it meant to truly be myself, but I always felt it when I wasn't true to myself."

 

From the outside, my life looked good. I was a happy person and I enjoyed my life. 

 

But the only place where I truly felt at home was when I was alone in my own energy.

 

Like many people, I had learned to adjust myself.

 

Not in extreme ways. Just in the small, subtle ways we all do when we grow up in a world that can feel (a little) too loud, too busy, too overwhelming.

 

A world that, for reasons I couldn’t fully explain, often just didn't make sense to me. And it took me quite some time to understand why I felt this way.

 

It all became clear when I consciously began shifting my awareness from the ego-mind to my higher mind.

When I came home to myself and began living my truth, and fear, doubt and uncertainty slowly lost their hold on me.

The moment you stop identifying with the ego-mind

everything begins to change.

We all grow up believing the voice in our mind is who we are.

A voice that was conditioned and programmed and, over time, formed an identity that believed in limitations, scarcity and not being enough.

So, we start to heal ourselves, but healing itself implies that something needs to be fixed. And there is always the next thing to fix or a deeper layer to heal.

It's a loop.

Real healing begins the moment you see, know and feel that you are consciousness itself — experiencing life in human form. 

And that you have a body that still carries low frequency energies in the form of emotions, stories and beliefs. 

But you are not your body, not your thought or feelings. 

You are the one who is aware of all that. 

And as that awareness grows

something begins to stir

A deeper longing.

The longing to come home to yourself.

To live more and more from who you truly are. From what genuinely feels like you. And from this place, your true desires begin to surface naturally.

This is where the journey deepens.

Because seeing the ego-mind clearly is one thing. Living from a deeper level of awareness in everyday life is something else entirely.

It asks for a different kind of attention.

A willingness to notice what is happening in your mind, instead of being pulled into it.

To slowly become the observer of your thoughts.

And from that place, to return to yourself again and again. This is the journey at the heart of THE RETURN.

THE RETURN

THE RETURN is a twelve-week journey into the deeper layers of your awareness.

A space where you learn to live more and more from the place within you that is no longer constantly pulled by the ego-mind.

Throughout these twelve weeks, we move through twelve states of awareness inspired by the work of Neville Goddard.

Each state gently reveals something about:

The way the mind operates.
The patterns that once shaped your reactions.
The deeper awareness that exists beyond them.

And as these states begin to awaken within you, something gradually changes.

 

The grip of the ego-mind softens.

You begin to notice that situations that once pulled you in no longer affect you in the same way.

Calm becomes more stable.
Clarity becomes easier to access.

And the sense of trust within yourself deepens.

​Twelve States of Awareness 

Each week, we explore one state of awareness.

Throughout this journey, we work with the desires that live within you.

Desires that often become clearer as you come closer to yourself, because our deepest desires point to something that already lives within us, waiting to be lived.

As you move through these states, something begins to shift.


The inner struggle to figure things out starts to soften.
Worry and doubt lose their urgency.

You begin to notice that you respond differently.
Situations that once pulled you in no longer affect you in the same way.

Calm and clarity become easier to access.

And slowly, something else begins to change.

Desires that once felt out of reach no longer feel distant.
It begins to feel natural to live from the place where your desire is already fulfilled.

This is embodiment.
A consciously lived state of being.

A way of living where calm, clarity and trust become the ground

from which your life begins to unfold the way you desire.

Welcome to the first edition of THE RETURN.

I feel deeply grateful to share this journey with you, because this work is very close to my heart.

For a long time, I felt that living from my true nature had to be simpler than what all the techniques and methods seemed to suggest.

They often felt as if I had to work so hard.

While something in me knew that the real shift

isn’t about doing. It's about being.

When I discovered Neville Goddard’s work, it felt like remembering.

It touched something I had always sensed deep within myself.

Everything we truly long for already exists within us, even though at times it can feel far away.

And that’s not because it isn’t possible, but because the ego-mind has been programmed in the opposite direction, quietly shaping how we see ourselves and our lives.

And as this identification begins to loosen, something natural starts to happen.

The limits, beliefs and patterns that once felt so real

begin to soften.

And slowly, you return to yourself.​​

To the deeper awareness that has always been there.

A little bit about me

 

My inner journey began in 2003, during my training as a hypno-regression therapist.This is where my fascination with the subconscious began—and it never stopped.


Looking back, I see how every experience
slowly brought me home to myself.

In 2023, I left my home and loved ones in the Netherlands in search of a new place to live.


Now I see that I was also searching for myself.

I arrived in Mallorca, a beautiful Spanish island in the Mediterranean, and it’s here that I reconnected with parts of myself that had been dormant.

Neville Goddard’s work was, and still is, part of this journey.
His words feel like a remembrance — as if parts of me are quietly coming back online.

 

This is an ongoing journey.

And yet, I feel more connected to myself and to life than ever before. That’s what I now feel called to share in a way that feels deeply aligned.
